यही कारण है कि शासकों ने प्राचीन दिनों के दौरान भगवान विष्णु के कई मंदिरों का निर्माण किया। उन सभी मंदिरों की अद्भुत वास्तुकला के साथ महान चमक रहा है, मैं आपको इस ब्लॉग में उस भगवान विष्णु के राजसी मंदिर के बारे में बताने जा रहा हूं।
यह मंदिर एशिया महाद्वीप के एक छोटे से देश कंबोडिया में स्थित है, जो हमारे भारत से 5000 किमी दूर है। वह है अंगकोर वाट मंदिर। इस मंदिर में महान इतिहास के साथ कई छिपे हुए रहस्य हैं। यह भगवान विष्णु का विश्व का सबसे बड़ा मंदिर है। यह जानने के लिए कि यह मंदिर किसने और क्यों बनवाया। हमें एक बार इतिहास में वापस जाना होगा। कंबोडिया पर 12 वीं शताब्दी में खमेर राजा सूर्यवर्मन द्वितीय का शासन था। इतिहास कहता है कि वह हिंदू धर्म से राजा है। चूंकि वह भगवान विष्णु के भक्त थे, उन्होंने भगवान विष्णु के लिए एक विशाल मंदिर बनाने का विचार किया। इतिहासकार कहते हैं, यह मंदिर टोनले सैप झील के किनारे पर बनाया गया था, जो 200 वर्ग किलोमीटर को कवर करता है।

पूरे मंदिर को सैंडस्टोन का उपयोग करके बनाया गया था। मंदिर के निर्माण में उपयोग किया गया पूरा पत्थर उस महान पिरामिड से अधिक है जो ऐसा लगता है। इस संरचना में उपयोग किए गए प्रत्येक पत्थर को एक आदर्श आकार में काट दिया गया था। उन्होंने इसे पूर्ण संपर्क जोड़ों और इंटरलॉकिंग पत्थर के साथ मजबूत बनाया। इसमें 1.5 टन वजन के साथ पत्थर हैं। इस निर्माण में इस्तेमाल किए गए पत्थरों को कुलेन पर्वत से लाया गया था।

This temple has many hidden mysteries along with the great history. This is the world's largest temple of Lord Vishnu. To know Who built this temple and why. We have to go back to the history once. Cambodia was ruled by the Khmer King Suryavarman II in the 12th century. The history says he is a King from Hindu religion. As he was the devotee of Lord Vishnu, he thought to build a huge temple for Lord Vishnu. The historian says, this temple was built on the bank of Tonle Sap Lake, which covers 200 square kilometres.
Not only in our Hindu legends, but also in the myths of China manifests that the kings of Cholas had a great relation with this place.
