प्रिय बहनों, मेरा आप सभी से निवेदन है कि ये जो सुंदर शरीर ईश्वर ने उन्हें दिया है उसमें स्वयं माँ दुर्गा का अंश है, और इस सुंदर शरीर का प्रदर्शन करना कतई भी शोभा नहीं देता, यह ठीक माँ के अपमान जैसा है, कोई भी बच्चा अपनी माँ का अपमान या उसके शरीर का प्रदर्शन कभी नहीं करेगा। दिन पर दिन कपड़े छोटे होते जा रहे हैं और उसे नाम दे दिया "फ़ैशन" का। अरे बहनों, माताओं आपको तो एक उदाहरण बनना चाहिए, हमें (अपने भाइयों को, अपने पुत्रों को) थामना चाहिए गिरने से और आप ही पतन का कारण बनेंगी तो हमें कोई नहीं बचा सकता। आपको तो वैसे ही दिव्य शरीर मिला है बहनों, दिव्य आँखें, दिव्य चेहरा, हर चीज़ ही दिव्य है आपमें तो फिर उसकी नुमाइश क्यों? बिल्कुल भी शोभा नहीं देता, ओछा सा लगता है जब आपका शरीर खुला हुआ दिखता है। इस बारे में सोचिये, वस्त्र से ढंका हुआ शरीर और खुले हुए शरीर में बताने की ज़रूरत नहीं कि सुंदर कौन सा लगता है। और आप के अंदर तो स्वयं दुर्गा माँ का निवास है, थोड़ी सी भक्ति करके ईश्वर मिल जायेंगे फिर ये देह प्रेम त्याग क्यों नहीं देतीं? शपथ खाइए कि ये रिझाना बंद, देह प्रेम बंद, ईश्वर प्रेम आरम्भ, ईश्वर भक्ति आरम्भ, ईश्वर भजन आरम्भ।

भाइयों से निवेदन:

प्रिय भाइयों, बंदर वाला आचरण छोड़ दो। रास्ते पर चलते हुए नज़रें सीधी रखें न कि इधर उधर ताकते हुए वासना का भोजन ढूँढने में लगे रहें। स्त्री का नग्न शरीर दिख जाए तो ज़रा सा चमड़ी के अंदर भी झाँकने की आँखें रखो। जिस चमड़ी के पीछे कुत्ते बनने को तैयार हैं आप उसके अंदर मल, मूत्र, ख़ून, मेवाद और केवल हड्डी का ढांचा है, हज़ार कुत्ते मर कर सड़ रहे हों ऐसी बदबू आएगी इस शरीर को खोलने से जिसके पीछे पागल होते जा रहे हो, हर रोज़ बलात्कार जैसी घिनौनी हरक़त करते हो मानसिक रूप से जिसके लिए। नर्क से भी बद्दतर है वह चीज़ जिसके पीछे मरे जा रहे हो। दिन-रात वासना में डूबे रहते हो, दो मूत्र त्यागने वाले स्थान को मिलाकर सोचते हो आनंद मिलेगा। अरे बेवक़ूफ़ों! थोड़ा सा हरि का नाम लेकर देखो, थोडा सा भगवान का भजन कर के देखो, ध्यान लगा कर देखो, ईर्ष्या हो जायेगी शारीरिक मिलन के बारे में सोचने से भी। थोड़ा मुश्किल है, असंभव बिल्कुल नहीं। तो शपथ खाओ कि किसी भी लड़की को बुरी निगाह से नहीं देखोगे, सबमें माता और बहन के दर्शन करोगे और नहीं होता दर्शन तो नज़रों पर क़ाबू कर लो बस, आधा काम हो जाएगा

English Translation :

Request to sisters:

 Dear sisters, I request you all that this beautiful body God has given to them is part of Mother Durga herself, and displaying this beautiful body does not suit anyone at all, it is just like insulting the mother, anyone  The child will never insult his mother or display his body.  Day by day the clothes are getting shorter and named it "fashion".  Hey sisters, mothers you should be an example, we (our brothers, our sons) should hold back from falling and you will be the cause of the fall, no one can save us.  You have got a divine body in the same way, sisters, divine eyes, divine face, everything is divine, then why is it represented in you?  Does not suit at all, it looks like when your body looks open.  Think about it, there is no need to tell what looks beautiful in a body covered with clothes and an open body.  And inside you is the residence of Mother Durga herself, you will find God by doing a little devotion, then why don't these bodies give up love?  Take an oath that this will cease, body love ceases, the beginning of Ishwar Prem, the beginning of Ishwari Bhakti, the beginning of Ishwar Bhajan.

 Dear brothers, leave the monkey conduct.  Keep your eyes straight while walking on the path, not looking for food of lust here and there.  If you see the naked body of a woman, keep a little peep inside your skin.  The skin behind which the dogs are ready to be made, you have feces, urine, blood, pus and only the bone structure, thousands of dogs are dying and rotting, the smell of this body is going to open, behind which people are going crazy, every  Doing a disgusting act like rape every day mentally.  Even worse than hell is the thing behind which you are dying.  You are immersed in lust day and night, mixing two urine-leaving places and thinking you will enjoy.  Hey Goofy!  Look at the name of a little Hari, worship a little God and watch, watch carefully, you will be jealous even thinking about physical union.  A little difficult, not impossible at all.  So take an oath that you will not see any girl with a bad eye, you will see mother and sister in everyone, and if you do not see, then keep an eye on it, only half the work will be done.
