सिकंदर की प्यास( Motivation story)

सिकंदर सभी राजाओ को जीतकर सारी पृथ्वी को अपने अधीन करना चाहता था इसलिए सारे राजाओ को हराने में लगा रहता था

 एक बार कही बाहर था, जिस इलाके में था वह इलाका पानी से रहित था ,अब उसे बड़ी प्यास लगी ,सब जगह ढूढा पानी का एक कतरा भी नहीं मिला,

 अब ये नौबत आ गई कि यदि एक बूंद पानी ना मिला तो वह मर जायेगा.

 तभी उसने देखा एक फकीर वहाँ बैठे हुए,

 फकीर के पास जाकर पानी की गुहार लगायी,

 फकीर बोला - बदले में क्या दोगे?

 सिकंदर तो प्यास के मारे मरा ही जा रहा था बोला - जो आप चाहे?

 हजारों अशर्फीया, खजाना सब कुछ.

 फकीर बोला - इससे बढ़कर क्या दे सकते हो?

 सिकन्दर बोला - अपना आधा राज्य दे दूँगा

 फकीर बोला - पूरा माँगू तो ?

 फकीर जोर से हँसा और बोला- राजन! तेरे राज्य की कीमत केवल एक लोटा पानी है

 सिकंदर - पूरा राज्य दे दूँगा.

 इससे ज्यादा कुछ नहीं,तब सिकंदर को समझ में आया ,प्यास की कीमत क्या होती है.

 कहने का अभिप्राय ये कि कथा की प्यास ह्रदय में होना चाहिए क्योकि प्यास की ही कीमत है.

Alexander wanted to conquer all the kings and subdue the whole earth, so he used to defeat all the kings.

  Once someone was outside, the area that was in it was devoid of water, now he was very thirsty, could not find a single strand of water everywhere,

  Now it has come to light that if one drop of water is not found, it will die.

  Then he saw a mystic sitting there,

  Went to the fakir and pleaded for water,

  The fakir said - what will you give in return?

  Alexander was dying of thirst, he said - whatever you want?

  Thousands of Asharfiya, treasure everything.

  The fakir said - what can you give more than this?

  Alexander said - I will give half my kingdom

  The fakir said - if you ask for it completely?

  Fakir laughed loudly and said - Rajan!  The price of your state is only one pot of water

  Alexander - I will give the whole kingdom.

  Nothing more, then Alexander understood what the cost of thirst is.

  It is meant to say that the thirst of the story should be in the heart because thirst is the price.
