How to do Brahamcharya (celibacy) 

अगर आप ब्रह्मचारी बने रहना चाहते हैं व भौतिक बंधनों से मुक्त होना चाहते हैं तो आपको उन व्यक्तियों का संग छोड़ना होगा जो कामुक जीवन में रूचि रखते हों और अपनी इन्द्रियों को वश में करना होगा (देखने में, सुनने में, बोलने में, चलने में इत्यादि)। अपने मन को परमेश्वर के चरण कमलों में स्थापित करके एकांत में समय व्यतीत करना चाहिए और अगर किसी का संग चाहिए तो भक्तों का संग करना चाहिए।

यश-अपयश, हानि-लाभ ये बाद की बातें हैं ।

उनसे पहले ब्रह्मचर्य का लक्ष्य है ।

यह तुरन्त बहुत बड़े परिवर्तन का अनुभव करवाता है ।

इसके बाद युवक यह नहीं सोचता कि उसे यश मिलेगा या नहीं...........उसे सफलता मिलेगी या नहीं ।

लेकिन ये सब भी मिलते हैं, और बहुत गुना तेजी से मिलते हैं !

जो ऊर्जा दस दिन के शारीरिक कर्म और तीन दिन के मानसिक कर्म में लगती है वो एक बार के संभोग में खर्च हो जाती है| ख़ुद ही देखिए कितना मूल्यवान धातू है वीर्य| जब वीर्य खर्च नहीं होता तो वो ओज में बदल जाता है जिससे अध्यात्म का विकास होता है और बुद्धी तीव्र होती है|

लौकिक सुख मिलने पर, जीव ईश्वर से विमुख हो जाता है। लौकिक सुखों की प्राप्ति का प्रयत्न यदि सफल न हो पाये तो समझना चाहिये कि परमात्मा ने बड़ी कृपा की है।

भगवान जिस पर भी अधिक कृपा करते हैं, उसे सांसारिक सुख अधिक नहीं देते, भगवान से प्रेम कभी भी लौकिक सुखों की प्राप्ति के लिये नहीं करना चाहिये। सांसारिक व्यक्ति लौकिक सुखों की चाह में, परमात्मा का अलौकिक सुख खो देता है।

एक मैथुन में अपव्यय होने वाली शक्ति दस दिन के शारीरिक कार्य में व्यय होने वाली शारीरिक शक्ति अथवा तीन दिन के मानसिक कार्य में प्रयुक्त होने मानसिक शक्ति के तुल्य होती है। ध्यान दीजिये कि यह प्राणाधार द्रव वीर्य कितना मूल्यवान है! इस शक्ति का अपव्यय न कीजिये। इसका परीक्षण बहुत सावधानीपूर्वक कीजिये। इससे आपको अद्भुत ओजस्विता प्राप्त होगी। वीर्य के प्रयुक्त न करने पर वह ओज-शक्ति में रूपांतरित हो जाता है तथा मस्तिष्क में संचित रहता है। पाश्चात्य चिकित्सकों को इस विशिष्ट विषय की अल्प-जानकारी ही है। आपके अधिकाँश रोगों का कारण वीर्य का अधिक अपव्यय ही है।

अगर काम वासना आप पर हावी होने लगे तो तुरंत अपनी जगह छोड़ दीजिए और बाहर लंबी सैर के लिए निकल जाइए घंटो तक सैर कीजिए या अगर आसपास मंदिर है तो तुरंत मंदिर में जाकर बैठ जाइए जप कीजिए, कीर्तन कीजिए, प्रभु का नाम लीजिए, मंदिर मे अगर कोई ब्रह्मचारी आपको ज्ञात है तो उससे बातें कीजिए या पंडित से ही बातें कीजिए, वासना कहाँ गायब हो जाएगी आपको पता भी नही चलेगा|

अब इस पूरे दृश्य मे आपको केवल एक जगह पर प्रयत्न करना पड़ेगा और वो है घर से तुरंत निकलना उसके बाद भगवान आपके ब्रह्मचर्य की रक्षा करेंगे लेकिन भगवान इतनी तो अपेक्षा रखते ही हैं आपसे|

English Translation 

If you want to remain celibate and be free from the physical shackles, then you have to leave the company of those who are interested in sensual life and subdue their senses (see, hear, speak, walk  And so on).  One should spend time in solitude by setting his mind in the lotus feet of God and if necessary with anyone, he should follow the devotees.

 Yash-Upaish, Loss and Profit These are the later things.

 Before them the goal of celibacy.

 It instantly causes a great change.

 After this, the young man does not think whether he will get fame or not …… whether he will get success or not.

 But they also meet, and meet very fast!

 The energy which is spent in ten days of physical work and three days of mental work is spent in one time sexual intercourse.  See for yourself how valuable metal is semen.  When semen is not spent, it turns into ooze, which leads to the development of spirituality and intensifies intelligence.

 Upon attaining cosmic pleasure, the creature becomes alienated from God.  If the effort to achieve cosmic pleasures is not successful, then it should be understood that God has given great blessings.

 God does not give more worldly pleasure to whomever he pleases, love should never be done for the attainment of cosmic pleasures.  The worldly person, in the desire for cosmic pleasures, loses the supernatural pleasures of God.

 The power dissipated in a sexual relationship is comparable to the physical power spent in ten days of physical work or the mental power used in three days of mental work.  Notice how valuable this vital fluid semen is!  Do not waste this power  Examine it very carefully.  This will give you amazing power.  When semen is not used, it is converted into oozy-power and stored in the brain.  Western practitioners have little knowledge of this specific subject.  The reason for most of your diseases is more wastage of semen.

 If lust starts to dominate you, leave your place immediately and go outside for long walks, or walk for hours or if there is a temple nearby, then immediately go to the temple and sit and chant, do Kirtan, take the name of the Lord, temple  If any Brahmachari is known to you then talk to him or talk to the Pandit itself, you will not even know where the lust will disappear.

 Now in this whole scene you will have to try in only one place and that is to get out of the house immediately after that God will protect your celibacy, but God is expecting so much from you.
